Based in Aquitaine, France, COMAX France was founded in 2003 under the impetus of a North American group already specializing in large-scale independent electricity generation. By 2005 COMAX France’s electricity generation had increased tenfold… Between December 2016 and June 2022, COMAX France was one of the assets of the BASALT Group based in London and New York. Since July 2022, COMAX France has been an Investindustrial group company.
